Our two guest rooms have comfortable beds with high quality mattresses, luxurious towels and bedding and stylish bath/shower rooms.


All rooms have LCD TV, hairdryers, clock radios and tea/coffee making facilities.

 

Wireless Internet access is available.

 

 

 

 

 

 

THE HAYLOFT

 

This is located on the first floor. It is light and airy with double doors opening onto Juliet balconies. It has a super king sized bed which can be made up as twin beds if preferred and a double sofa bed. Bed arrangements should be requested on booking. The large bathroom has a separate bath and a walk-in mains shower, his n’ hers basins in a double vanity unit and a heated towel rail and shaving point. Complimentary products include our own lavender bath salts for the ultimate relaxing bath experience.

THE COACH HOUSE

 

This is a large ground floor twin room with floor to ceiling windows and a comfortable arm chair. The beds are made with allergy free luxury bedding and have high quality mattresses.  The shower room is adjacent to the bedroom for your sole use and has a large walk-in mains shower, a single basin and vanity unit. It also includes a heated towel rail, shaving point, complimentary products and of course, fluffy towels.

Prices are per night based on two persons sharing a room and exclude Easter,
Christmas and the New Year.

 

Single occupancy is available at a reduced rate subject to availability.

The double sofa bed in The Hayloft can accommodate 1/2 people at an
 extra charge of £25 per person per night.

 

 

Booking Conditions

 

Advance Reservations: To secure a reservation a deposit of 50% is required.
Payments can be made by online banking or cheques. We are also able to accept
payment by all major credit and debit cards.

 

Cancellation Policy: The full amount becomes payable for any cancellation made less
than 7 days from the date of arrival. Deposits will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation less than 14 days from the date of arrival unless we are able to re- let the accommodation in which event a refund will be made.

 

Insurance: We recommend that you take out holiday insurance cover
especially for longer stays.

 

Arrival and Departure: Check in is usually between 16.00 and 19.00 hours but we can often accommodate earlier arrivals. If you wish to arrive outside these times please call or email at least 24 hours in advance to make alternative arrangements. Luggage can be stored if your room is not ready on arrival.

 

Check out is 10.30am. If you wish to check out later please enquire the night before
and we will do our best to assist.

 

We regret we cannot accept any pets as our own boisterous Labrador and elderly cats may not be happy.

 

We have a strict no smoking policy on the premises.

 

Children over the age of 13 years are welcome.
